Stuff members were very helpful and friendly. Since we wanted to go to WWII museum and French Quarters, the location was perfect since Hyatt House is located between our destinations. The place was immaculately clean, the staff were all helpful and friendly, especially Kailah.
Breakfast had good choices, the omelette bar was a nice touch. Perfect location for the Superdome and Smoothie King arena, it couldn't be better. The breakfast is excellent and they have a good variety of food available.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the room was a great size. I loved the view, the breakfast was great, staff was friendly and the room was clean. The staff offered food suggestions to myself and my spouse. The breakfast was delicious, it was a good variety. The location was exactly what we were looking for, it was really close to the superdome and arena.

The shower was really nice and we both like that. We usually slept in but one day we took advantage of the breakfast and it was great! We both ordered an omlet and it was really good.
